It is equipped with an external heat exchanger that continuously heats the oil outside the fryer and pumps it back into the fryer. The heat exchanger can operate with gas or diesel, optional upon request. The burner used in the fryer is Italian-made by ECOFLAM. It is powered by a main motor for rotating the grooves, with a power of 1 horsepower and an Italian gearbox.
